All shipping times below are estimates given by USPS and Fedex. USPS Delivery times may vary during busy holidays, or for rural addresses. L&B is not responsible for USPS shipping time or USPS delays. We do promise to do our part and to ship on time (unless we have a question about your order and send you an email and need to wait for a reply)
- Standard Shipping: Usually delivered in 3-7 business days after we ship. Do not count day shipped. Shipped via USPS.
- Priority Shipping: Usually delivered in 2-3 business days after we ship. Do not count day shipped. Shipped best way with either Fedex or USPS.
- Express Mail: 1-2 business days. Do not count day shipped. For most zip codes this means express overnight delivery. However some zip codes not close to a shipping hub, or very rural, require a 2 business day delivery time. Shipped via USPS
- FedEx Express Overnight: Price depends on zip code. Price shown at check-out before completion of order. Signature required at delivery) ATTENTION-FedEx does not deliver on weekends – If ordering with FedEx Overnight anytime after Thursday noon PST, it will not arrive for delivery until Monday. Email us if you have questions about this.
All Express orders must be placed before 12pm NOON PST – 3pm EST Mo-Fr to be shipped same day as ordered.
Orders after 12 pm PST, may still be shipped that same day, however, most likely will be shipped the next business day.

After we ship, DO NOT count the day shipped as day 1, except for Express Overnight shipments. The first full day AFTER we ship is officially day 1
- All Express Overnight orders MUST be ordered before 12 pm PST Mo-Fri for same day shipping.
L&B will ship all orders on-time from the L&B warehouse to meet USPS Express and FedEx Overnight cut-off times.
If you want it to be shipped the same day and it is after 12 pm PST-3pm EST, please email us before hand to see if it is still possible to ship same day.
- L&B is not responsible for any delivery delays due to USPS or FedEx not meeting their estimated delivery time and cannot refund shipping costs.
- PLEASE – PLEASE – PLEASE do not order your hair extensions last minute or one day before an important event, or salon appointment, if at all possible!
Usually all Express Overnight deliveries work great 90% of the time, but to be safe, order as far in advance as possible!
We never know if there will be a carrier delay due to weather, power outages, or other unforeseen acts.
If a last minute overnight order must be placed, and there is a delivery delay, please do not blame L&B for it if we shipped correctly. We do everything humanly possible to get your orders out in time, but we can not control the shipping carrier delays.
IMPORTANT INFO FOR TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
All orders will automatically receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a shipping email with all tracking info once the order ships. If you do not get an email, please check your spam folder just in case.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR FEDEX EXPRESS OVERNIGHT AND FEDEX WEEKEND DELIVERIES:
FedEx Priority Overnight DOES NOT deliver on weekends. Please note the delivery schedule below:
Items shipped FedEx Overnight on a Friday will not be delivered until Monday. (This includes all orders placed on a Thursday afternoon and Thursday evening and Friday before 12 PST Noon.
These orders will all be shipped on Friday but will not be delivered until Monday.
If ordered after 12pm PST on a Friday, order will be shipped on Monday (If Monday is a holiday in the USA, then on Tuesday).
IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT USPS EXPRESS 1-2 DAY DELIVERY:
- Many USPS Express shipments will arrive within 1 business day, but to be 100% safe, count on 2 business days.
Also, rural addresses may need 2 business days, according to USPS.
- According to the United States Post Office, Express shipments can be delivered either before noon or again before 3pm, to the destination address. We have no influence over delivery time on the delivery day.
- CAUTION: If USPS Express is ordered on a Thursday after the Express cut-off time (12pm NOON PST-3pm EST on a Thursday), the items will be shipped on Friday (if not a US holiday-in cases of a Friday holiday it will be shipping on Monday).
IMPORTANT: Not all destinations have Saturday delivery with USPS Express and the items may not be delivered until that Monday.
- Locks & Bonds is not, and can not be held responsible if USPS does not meet the estimated delivery time.
L&B can not refund deliveries that are not on time due to USPS delivery issues.
We do promise to do our part and ship, in time, from the L&B warehouse to meet all USPS and FedEx commitments.

- If you want to place an order, be shipped the same day, and it is after 12 pm PST-3pm EST Mo-Fr, please email us before hand to see if it is still possible to ship same day. Occasionally, we may be able to ship until 1:30PM PST, but please email us first.
IMPORTANT MUST-READ INFO ABOUT SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:
Mailbox theft is rampant! Do not take this lightly and DO choose Signature Confirmation at check-out for your protection.
- To eliminate problematic fraudulent claims due to the desirability of hair extensions, Locks & Bonds IS NOT LIABLE for missing packages after it reaches the final destination and USPS has marked the shipment as OFFICIALLY DELIVERED.
- If USPS or FedEx has marked the shipment as delivered in the tracking info, it is considered delivered by law, and will not be reshipped or refunded. There can be no exceptions.
- If you have doubts about the safety of your mailbox, or want to ensure you receive the package, always choose signature confirmation along with your shipping method at check-out.
- Even though we only ship in unmarked and discrete envelopes, there is still danger of theft in leaving packages in your mailbox or on your front door/porch.
- Please note that a charge-back for “stolen” packages after delivery will not be honored by a credit card company or PayPal, if USPS marks an item as “delivered” in the tracking info. Delivered in the tracking info is proof for all credit card companies that the order has been shipped and delivered to the buyer.
- We know that going to the post office to sign for it, if no one is at home for delivery, can be annoying, but since ordering on line has become so hugely popular, so has mailbox theft. Protect your shipments with signature confirmation.
L&B reserves the right to add Signature Confirmation to any package that we deem may need it, without further notice.
- All orders over $400 can only be shipped with Signature Confirmation. There is no other option at check-out.
- If you have ordered before and we know you had trouble with a delivery.
- If the shipping address is to an apartment complex.
- If an order value is high.
FedEx may also usually require a signature at delivery.
IMPORTANT INFO WHEN PAYING WITH A PAYPAL eCHECK:
NO EXPRESS MAIL POSSIBLE WHEN PAYING WITH eCheck.
eChecks take approx. 5 days to clear PayPal before we can ship.
Customers will receive an email from PayPal when the eCheck clears. We can not ship until it clears.
At this time, we only ship with FedEx or DHL Express International
- 1-2 business days to Canada. Often even delivered overnight next day.
- Only 3-4 business days to Europe

Cost of FedEx and DHL EXPRESS shipping is approx. $25 depending on where you live.
We have special rates with these international shippers due to our shipping volume.
It may seem a bit pricey at first…but you will receive your hair safely and quickly.
All other methods have no available tracking and / or can take weeks to arrive to you.
USPS Priority also costs over $25 and takes forever, sometimes weeks, without reliable tracking.
***Please note that if items are purchased from oversees, including Canada, and they need to be returned for an exchange, all return and re-shipping shipping must be paid by the customer.
INFO ABOUT INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS IMPORT TAX:
Please be aware that ordering to another country outside of the USA (this includes Canada) may be subjected to customs import taxes/duties.
If you are charged with taxes at, or after, delivery, please know that L&B has nothing to do with this tax, and does NOT receive any part of this payment. The taxes go 100% to your country’s tax office. L&B does not even get notified that a tax was due.
Having to pay extra customs taxes is a risk when ordering from a country that is not your own. Not everyone will have to pay a customs tax, but some will. Please find out beforehand if you will have to pay import tax, and, how much the tax will be.
You may have to pay this tax at delivery, or, you may receive a letter per post with the tax amount after the shipment has already been delivered to you. You may get a notice from your country’s tax office or from the shipping company. The shipping company (FedEx or DHL) does NOT keep this payment. All customs payments go directly to the country’s government tax office.
L&B does not add an invoice in with a package going oversees. If you need an invoice, please print it our from your L&B account or confirmation email.
- Locks & Bonds is not responsible for any customs tax applied to a shipment.We can not refund any tax due on the items.
- If customs taxes are applied to the shipment in your country at time of delivery, or after delivery, they are the buyers responsibility.
- Deliveries that are refused by the buyer, because of taxes owed, will not be reshipped again and the original shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds.
- If the non-accepted delivery gets lost, and is not track-able and is not returned to L&B, no refund at all can be given.
- L&B has no benefit and does not receive any portion of a customs payment.
- L&B does not know if, or when, you will be charged as this is up to your country’s tax office. We have no control over customs offices of any countries, and are sorry to say that there is nothing we can do if a shipment is held up in the customs office of a foreign country. If this is a high risk to you, and your know your country has a difficult customs office, please do not order or email us for advice before you order.
